Scott has more than twenty years of extensive jury trial experience in Federal and State Courts, not only throughout Michigan, but also on a national level. He specializes in complex litigation including aviation accidents/incidents, commercial transactions and product liability and counsels corporate and insurance clients on non-litigation matters in these areas as well. He represents numerous corporations based in the United States as well as in Asia and Europe and has considerable experience with procedural rules under various international conventions and case law relating to jurisdiction, forum non conveniens, venue, service of process and the availability and scope of discovery over foreign national corporations.
